Brad Dracula - Important Characters

Brad is a young vampire, a mere seventeen years old. He lives in New York and gets his bloody sustenance from raw liver. (He can't bring himself to suck steak for psychological reasons)

He is descended from the noble Dracula line of vampires, and so can turn into a bat or wolf (sometimes) and might be able to turn into mist or a beam of moonlight should he get the hang of it. He can also talk to dogs (but he doesn't like to talk about it) and is able to reform himself from ash just a few seconds after he's staked. Brad is straight, and is currently dating Megan.

Megan and Brad met very recently at a singles bar, and soon discovered that they were interested in each other.

life's been manic for them both since then but they're still seeing one another.

Fiona is Megan's roomie, and often gives her advice and support. Fiona is open-minded and a little superstitious, and despite not being the best-looking woman in the world, she's gregarious and somewhat popular.

Damien is Brad's older brother, and is in the process of 'helping' Brad to accept and revel in his vampiric nature. A rapacious predator, Damien often leaves bodies behind in the wake of his feeding, and is hoping that one day Brad will be the same.

Brad was recently suspected of being involved in a 'vampire' killing, in which a victim's blood was drained, and Lomax investigated. However, the detective has since found out that Brad was innocent and, in the wake of a further series of vampire attacks, is wondering if the young bloodsucker can help him fight fire with fire.

We don't know Eric's last name yet, but we do know (thanks to an unfortunate incident when Eric met Brad) that he's a werewolf. He lives alone in a large apartment that was left to him when his father died, although Brad is currently lodging with him.

Eric is the friendly, charismatic type, and can often be seen clubbing in his local gay club, the Q club. He has a slight malicious streak, and loves to make Brad squirm by flaunting his sexuality - the vampire's not too keen on the whole 'gay thing'.

Eric's new boyfriend, a young redhead with a navel piercing and something of an attitude. He and Eric met at the Q club and were boinking the very same night, much to Brad's disgust.

At first, Shawn suspected that Brad was gay and overcompensating, and still has his doubts about the vampire's sexuality despite the appearance of Megan on the horizon.

Shawn shares Eric's somewhat wicked sense of humour, an outgoing personality, and a curious, almost nosy approach to life.
